❓ FAQ

How long may it be worn?

Twenty to thirty minutes at a stretch at most, and never fall asleep with it on. That applies with the vibration running as well. If anything goes cold or numb, the skin changes colour or it hurts, it comes off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Then a break before it goes on again.

Which size fits?

If the ring hurts, it is too tight; if it slips, it is too loose.

How does it come off again?

With cold water and patience, not with force. The congestion eases as soon as things cool, and then it comes off by itself. A stretchy ring can also be widened carefully.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one; a drop when putting it on is enough. Silicone oil attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Before washing, slide the bullet out of the side of the sleeve. Wash the ring on its own with warm water and mild soap and rinse it well; only wipe the bullet on the outside with a damp cloth. The bullet goes back into the sleeve only once everything is dry. If the silicone shows cracks or turns tacky, replace the ring.
