How long may it be worn?

20 to 30 minutes at a stretch at most. If anything goes numb or cold, changes colour or hurts, take it off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Then take a break before putting it on again. Do not sleep with it on.

How is it put on?

While soft. Three openings are also three places where it can get too tight, so try them loosely the first time: it sits correctly when it holds without pressing. If one spot hurts, it is too tight and it comes off.

How does it come off again?

With cold water and patience, not with force. The congestion eases as soon as things cool, and then it comes off by itself. A stretchy ring can also be widened carefully.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one; a drop when putting it on is enough. Silicone-based lubricant attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant, further rings under cock rings.

How is it cleaned?

After each use, rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap, including in the slots of the bars, and let it air-dry. Store it clean and dry, ideally in a pouch of its own.
