A single flavour, chocolate: 144 condoms from the Taste range by Pasante, made of natural rubber latex, coloured brown and flavoured with chocolate. Each condom sits in its own square foil with a serrated edge, and several foils hang together as a strip. The front is orange and carries the blue Pasante logo twice, with the word “Taste” and four small pictures in between: chocolate, strawberry, blueberry and mint. Every Pasante condom is electronically tested. They are delivered together in a pouch. What is on the back of the foil?

The back is transparent, and you can see the brown condom through it. Printed on it are “Chocolate”, the batch number and the expiry date, plus CE 0086 and ISO 4074, the standard for natural rubber latex condoms.

How do you put it on correctly?

Open the foil with your fingers instead of teeth or scissors. Pinch the tip so no air stays inside and roll the condom down to the base before any contact, with the rim facing outwards. If the rim is on the inside, take a new one. Each condom is for a single use, and two on top of each other only rub against each other.

How safe are condoms?

No condom protects one hundred per cent. Used correctly, it lowers the risk of sexually transmitted infections and of unplanned parenthood.

Which lubricant goes with it?

Water-based lubricant, for example from water-based lubricant. Oil, petroleum jelly and greasy creams attack latex.

Where is the best place to keep the pouch?

Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, for example in a drawer. Friction and heat in a wallet or in the car wear the foils. Throw away damaged foils and condoms whose date has passed.

Who is it not suitable for?

Anyone with a latex allergy, because natural rubber can cause allergic reactions. Condoms without latex are under condoms.
