What does Extra Safe mean?

The condoms are thicker than the standard version and carry additional silicone-based lubricant. That does not automatically give more protection than any other condom used correctly; what matters is still the right size and correct use.

How do you put the condom on correctly?

Read the enclosed instructions before the first use. Open the foil carefully with your fingers, never with teeth or scissors. Pinch the reservoir at the tip, place the condom on the erect penis and roll it down to the base, with the rolled rim on the outside. If it will not roll down, it is the wrong way round, so take a new one. After ejaculation, hold it by the rim and pull out while the penis is still erect.

Which lubricant goes with them?

If you add lubricant, use only a water- or silicone-based one. Oil, petroleum jelly, body lotion and massage oil make latex brittle. For anal sex, also apply lubricant to the outside of the condom. You will find suitable gels under water-based lubricant.

What about a latex allergy?

Then these condoms are not suitable. Latex can trigger allergic reactions; in that case choose a latex-free condom.

Can you wear two at once?

No. Two condoms rub against each other and tear more easily. Always use just one, each only once, and afterwards put it in the household waste with a knot tied in it, never down the toilet. The empty bulk box can go in the paper recycling.

How do you store the condoms?

Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, for example in the bedside table; a wallet or glove box is too warm in the long run. Keep an eye on the expiry date and do not use condoms past it.
