How is wet look cared for?

Wipe it with a damp cloth. A washing machine, a dryer and fabric softener attack the coating; otherwise it cracks open.

Are stockings included?

It ends well above the knee. The wide waistband sits on the hip rather than at the waist - that is intended with this cut.
