How does the squirting work?

By hand. The reservoir sits in the testicles; a firm squeeze pushes the liquid forward through the channel and out of the head. You or your partner decide the moment, and how strongly it squirts depends on how hard it is squeezed.

What do I fill it with?

Only water-based lubricant. If you like it runnier, thin it with a little water.
