Who is it for, and what applies anally?

Better for very experienced users, because two shafts side by side are together much wider than a single dildo. Build up slowly and use plenty of water-based lubricant, the only kind that suits PVC, for example from water-based lubricant. Stop at once if there is pain or blood. It is only suitable for anal use because the suction base is firmly moulded on and clearly wider than the shafts, so it acts as a stop. After anal use it never goes vaginal without a thorough clean.

What applies if you use both shafts at once?

If you use one shaft vaginally and the other anally, clean the dildo thoroughly before and afterwards, and the anal shaft never switches to the vaginal side in the process.
