What do I gain from having no balls?

A flat base. It lies fully against the surface when suctioned and fits more harness plates than a base with a bulge. In return you lose the built-in stop that balls provide.

What does the two-density build do?

What does the suction base hold on to?

What do I need to know about TPE?

TPE is soft and warms up quickly, but it is not non-porous. It can be cleaned, not sterilised, and it does not tolerate boiling.
