The Fat D from Doc Johnson’s The D line is a realistically shaped dildo with a glans ridge, veins and large testicles: short and very thick. It is cast from UltraSkyn in two layers (dual density): inside a firm core that holds the shape, outside a soft layer that takes some of the hardness out of the girth but changes nothing about the width. At the bottom sits a suction cup that holds on tile or bath and leaves both hands free; it also fits a harness with an O-ring. At this diameter the question of taste stops and the question of preparation begins. What counts here: warm up with something smaller, plenty of thick lubricant and time measured in minutes rather than seconds.
