How do you use it for double penetration?

Most easily sitting or squatting. Press the suction cup onto a clean surface, spread plenty of lubricant over both shafts and lower yourself onto it slowly. The slim shaft is meant for the bottom, the thicker one for the vagina. Only go as deep as feels good.

What applies to the anal side?
