How do you use it as a couple?

Each of you takes one end. You move towards each other and find the pace together; the length leaves enough room between your bodies. If you share it, pull a separate condom over each end and change it after use.

What do you need to watch out for, since it has no base?

It must never disappear completely inside the body. Insert each end only so far that a good part stays outside, and hold the middle firmly in your hand.
