Why so slender?

So it bends. A thick double dildo kinks instead of following - which is exactly the point of this design.

Is it only for two people?

No. A long double dildo can also be used alone by bending it into a loop.

Which lubricant fits?

Water-based. Silicone oil attacks soft plastics; water-based suits every material.

Why does the wide base matter?
