What do I wear under the open back?

Ideally nothing, or a backless bra. An ordinary bra fastening would sit right in the middle of the bare area. Below, black briefs work well and hardly stand out in the diamond mesh of the skirt.

How does the dress stay up without a closed back?

Through the sleeves. They hold the top in position at the shoulders, and the stretchy mesh lies against the body at the front.

How see-through is it?

Sheer almost everywhere. The dense stripes and the waistband cover a little more; in the diamond fields between them the skin clearly shows through.

How does the one size come out?
