Does it fit my egg?

It is made for Pretty Love vibrating eggs that are operated by a wireless remote. Eggs with a wired remote or app control cannot be operated with it. If you are unsure whether your model belongs to them, send us the name of your egg before ordering and we will check it for you.

What if the egg does not respond?

First check the power on both sides: is the egg charged, and does the remote have a fresh battery? Then switch the egg off and on again and try the button from a short distance.

How do you handle it?

It contains electronics and therefore never goes under water. To clean it, wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and dry it straight away.

Where do you keep it?

Ideally together with the egg, in a pouch or a drawer, so it is ready next time and does not get lost again. If it will not be used for a while, take the battery out.
