Which lubricant can I fill in?

Any that is thin enough to pass through the opening - water-based gels as a rule, thick fisting gels only up to a point. For stiff gels it is better to pull the plunger right out and fill from behind. The selection is under anal and fisting lubricant.

How deep do I insert it?

As far as feels good, and not a centimetre further. The length is an offer, not a goal; for most people a few centimetres is plenty. Insert slowly, with a little gel on the tip, and do not build up pressure when emptying it.

How is it cleaned?
