Cum Plus by Cobeco Pharma is a food supplement in capsule form for men: 30 capsules weighing 18 g in total in a white plastic tub with a screw lid. It combines plant substances, vitamins, minerals and L-carnitine. Three capsules, the daily amount, contain 450 mg oat (Avena sativa), 150 mg maca (Lepidium meyenii), 90 mg vitamin C, 75 mg green tea extract, 75 mg magnesium, 75 mg dong quai (Angelica sinensis), 22.5 IU vitamin E, 15 mg L-carnitine, 9 mg zinc, 4.5 mg vitamin B6, 300 µg folic acid, 52.5 µg selenium and 4.5 µg vitamin B12. Added to that are cellulose as a bulking agent and, as anti-caking agents, fatty acids, silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; the capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The oat contains gluten. The tub and folding sleeve are dark blue with light blue lettering and a brown side stripe. How do you take the capsules?

Three capsules once a day with sufficient water. Do not take more than three capsules within 24 hours, because the recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. At this amount one tub lasts ten days.

How high are the vitamin and mineral doses?

Relative to the reference intake, three capsules supply 321 % vitamin B6, 188 % vitamin E, 180 % vitamin B12, 150 % folic acid, 113 % vitamin C, 95 % selenium, 90 % zinc and 20 % magnesium. If you take other preparations with these substances, add the amounts together.

Who is it not suitable for?

Not for children and young people up to and including 17 years and not if you cannot tolerate gluten. If you take medication regularly, are expecting a baby or are breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking it.

Does it replace a balanced diet?
