What is in one capsule?

One capsule contains 200 mg L-carnitine, 160 mg vitamin C, 18 mg vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), 16 mg niacin, 10 mg zinc, 2 mg vitamin B6 and 50 µg selenium. Measured against the reference intake for a day, that is 200 per cent for vitamin C, 300 for vitamin B5 and 143 for vitamin B6, 100 each for niacin and zinc and 91 per cent for selenium. The shell is made of gelatine, rice flour serves as a filler, plus the anti-caking agents E470b and E551.

How do you take the capsules?

One capsule once a day with enough water. Do not take more than one within 24 hours; do not exceed the recommended daily amount. One pack therefore lasts ten days.

Does it replace a balanced diet?

No. Food supplements are no substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Can you combine it with other products?
