How do I find the G-spot with it?

Insert it with the curve towards your belly, only a few centimetres deep, then slowly draw it back a little. The spot lies on the front wall and often feels slightly firmer or rougher than its surroundings. The rest of the length is grip and leverage; pushing deeper tends to lose contact rather than improve it.

What do the swellings on the shaft do?

Wash it with lukewarm water and toy cleaner, including the transitions between the swellings, and let it dry completely. Silicone is non-porous and can be cleaned completely; it is still not boiled because of the electronics. Only water-based lubricant is suitable, because silicone lubricant attacks the soft surface; choose from water-based lubricant.
