How is it guided?

Tip forward, towards the belly, and not deep. Instead of thrusting you work with short movements or hold it in place and let the motor do the work. More on that in the vibrator guide.

Are two centimetres little?

For this design they are right. A G-spot vibrator is not meant to fill but to reach one spot; anything thicker makes the angle harder rather than the sensation stronger. If you want more fullness you are not looking at G-spot models but at the classic ones - those are two different aims.

How is it charged?

By a USB cable at the contacts on the base. Compared with disposable batteries that means no compartment that opens, no cells that leak, and the power stays the same until shortly before the end. In return no water may stand on the contacts - drying it off is part of putting it away.

How is it cleaned?

Wash it with lukewarm water and toy cleaner and let it dry completely, keeping the charging contacts dry. Silicone is non-porous, nothing stays behind in the surface. Only water-based lubricant is suitable, because silicone oil leaves the surface dull and tacky, see water-based lubricant.
