How do you find the G-spot?

On the front wall a few centimetres in, with light upward pressure. Find the spot with the device switched off; searching against your own vibration makes it needlessly hard.

Why does nothing happen?

Usually because it is given up on too quickly. The area needs a few minutes before anything happens at all, and it responds to pressure rather than pace: slower and firmer is almost always more right.
