What applies before putting it on?

You must be able to breathe freely through your nose at all times; the holes in the ball change nothing about that. With a cold, a blocked nose, nausea or after alcohol the gag stays away. Whoever wears it is never left alone for a moment and never falls asleep with it. Agree on a wordless stop signal beforehand, such as dropping an object or knocking three times. What do the air holes do?

How long do you wear it?
