What applies before any gag play?

Breathing through the nose must be clear at all times. So never with a cold, a blocked nose, nausea or after alcohol. Nobody stays gagged alone. Agree beforehand on a sign without words for stopping, such as dropping an object, and only wear the gag briefly.

How tight is the strap done up?

So that two fingers fit between strap and head. The ball lies between the teeth and is not pushed further into the mouth. If the strap is too tight it pulls at the corners of the mouth; then let it out a notch.

What if the ball is too big?

How is it cleaned?
