Is one sachet enough?

For a short session, usually yes. Two millilitres are one portion. For a long evening, take several sachets with you straight away, because a single one leaves nothing to top up with.

How do you open it?

Tear it open at the edge and squeeze. Put the gel straight onto fingers, toy or the rolled-on condom. An opened sachet cannot be closed again, so whatever is left over goes in the bin.
