How do you use a ball?

Take it out of its hollow, moisten your hand with a little water and hold the ball in it until the shell has melted after three to five minutes. Then massage the oil in with calm, circular movements. The balls are meant for massaging in, not for inserting. Each one is enough for one use, so nothing is left half used.

How strong is the warmth?
