How do you put them on?

Open the cuff with the key, place it round the wrist and press the bow shut gently until the plush rests against the skin. Then the second hand follows the same way.

How tight may they sit?

Under the plush, a finger's width of room to the skin remains. During play, look regularly at feeling and colour in the hands, and on tingling, numbness, cold or pale fingers every cuff opens at once.
