How do you close the cuffs?

At the end of each bow sits a row of teeth. Lay the bow around the wrist and push it into the housing until the cuff rests against the skin; there it holds in the chosen position. It opens with the key via the keyhole.

How long can you wear them?

Only for short phases. Without padding, the edge of the bow presses on the wrist with every movement. So plan short scenes and look at the skin afterwards.

What applies for safety?
