How do you put it on?

Like a harness: over the head, then straighten the bands on the shoulders until the cross sits centred on the back. Then, while soft, guide first the testicles and then the penis through the lower ring and tighten the sliders until the bands lie flat.

What applies to the ring at the front?

It is worn for 20 to 30 minutes at most. Numbness, coldness, discolouration, swelling or pain mean: take it off at once. It never stays on for sleeping, and because metal cannot be cut off in an emergency, only put it on if it comes off easily again when soft.
