The Body Extensions Be Strong by Doc Johnson is a two-piece strap-on set: a harness and one slim hollow silicone attachment. Because the attachment is hollow, your own penis goes inside and it adds length and girth. It is smooth, ends in a slightly set-off tip and is detachable. The harness has a wide elastic waistband with several snaps; at the front a plate hangs from three tabs, and at the back it is cut open like a jockstrap, with two straps running under the buttocks. Who is a hollow strap-on for?

For anyone who would rather not rely on their own firmness alone: the attachment holds its shape by itself, and the harness keeps it in place. Further models are under penile enlargement.

Do you need lubricant inside as well?

Yes, plenty inside as well as out, and that is where most people go wrong. Without gel inside it rubs instead of gliding, and after five minutes you stop. Take a water-based one; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.
