From there a vertical strap runs down to a large O-ring in the belt, which goes around the upper body below the chest and closes with buckles. On the back the straps meet at another O-ring. How do you put it on?

Open the buckles on the belt, slip the shoulder straps over your head and let the chain fall centrally at the front. Then place the belt below the chest and close it.

How tight do you close the belt?

Only so tight that you can breathe freely and deeply and nothing cuts in. If a spot goes numb, tingles or a ring presses, loosen the buckles at once.

Can the chain take pulling?
