How do you put the harness on?

Open the buckles on the back far enough to slip in comfortably with both arms. Place the front ring centrally on your breastbone and tighten the straps evenly at the back until the X is the same length on both sides. It is easier with two people, as you can hardly see anything behind your back.

How tight may it sit?
