How do you make it glow?

Before going out, leave it under a bright lamp or in daylight for a while. In the dark the trim gives the stored light back as a green afterglow; it fades over time and can be recharged as often as you like. How long it lasts depends on how long and how brightly it was lit beforehand.

Open the buckles, slip your arms through and place the front cross band just below the collarbones. Then close the side straps and tighten the shoulder straps until both cross bands sit level.
