How do you adjust the cuffs?

Pass the strap through the buckle and put the pin into the hole at which the cuff rests against the skin without pressing. With six holes you find a width of its own for wrists and ankles.

What applies when restraining?

A finger's width of room under every cuff is a must. You check feeling and colour in hands and feet regularly, and on breathlessness, numbness or tingling release at once. Lying face down strains breathing, and nobody stays in it for more than a short time. Whoever is restrained is never left alone. No pressure may build on neck or chest, nothing is attached to the neck, and the set is not made for suspension. Scissors lie within reach, and you settle on a stop signal without words beforehand.

How do you care for the set?
