How do you put the humbler on?

In a kneeling position and with the knobs loosened. First open the fastenings and lift off the top part. Guide the scrotum from behind between the thighs and lay it in the hollow of the lower bar. Then put the upper bar on and tighten both knobs evenly, only so far that nothing can slip out.

What matters while wearing it?
