What sets it apart from the leather models?

Is the fabric opaque?

Yes. Eighty per cent polyester at this weight is closed - it shapes without being see-through. The mesh models from the same brand do the opposite.

How is it washed?

At thirty degrees on a delicate cycle, not in the dryer. Elastane loses its stretch in heat, and fabric softener attacks the fibres as well.

What is a jockstrap, actually?

Underwear with a pouch at the front and an open seat. Originally sportswear - the pouch supports, the open back saves fabric. Today it is mostly worn because it looks the way it looks.

How does the waistband sit?
