What is the pouch made of?

Polyester with one fifth elastane. The fabric is stretchy, fits snugly and dries quickly after washing.

Which size fits you?

Measure loosely around your hips with a tape measure, where the waistband is meant to sit, without pulling the tape tight. If your figure lies within the range of this size, it fits: at the lower end the waistband sits a little looser, at the upper end firmer. If it lies outside, take the size whose range it falls into.

How does the waistband sit?

The lettering repeats all the way round, including at the back above the buttocks, and stays visible when the waistband shows above your trousers. The elastic must not cut in: if it still leaves a clear mark on the skin after an hour, the size is too small.

Does it fit under any trousers?

Yes. The pouch adds hardly any bulk, and under trousers or jeans no seams or edges show at the buttocks.

How do you wash it?

Most gently by hand in cool water, or in a laundry bag on a delicate cycle at a low temperature. Leave out fabric softener and hang it up to dry instead of putting it in the dryer; that way the waistband and straps keep their stretch.
