What is dotted tulle?

Fine tulle with woven-in dots. The fabric stays see-through but gains a texture that becomes visible in the light.

Do the straps hold by themselves?

Yes, they are elastic and part of the cut. They lie across bust and hips and give the see-through fabric the line it does not have by itself.

How is it washed?

By hand, cool and without fabric softener. Elastane loses its recovery in heat, and lace does not like a drum. Dry flat, do not wring.
