Does the off-the-shoulder top slip?

The band is elastic and sits close, but the shoulders hold nothing. With a lot of movement it travels downwards - anyone not wanting that should wear it over a bandeau.

How long is the skirt?

It ends just below the seat and lets the thong show through; the net is too open to cover anything. As a garment in its own right it works over opaque briefs.
