At the back and at the neck. Close the hooks at the back first, then put the band around your neck. It should lie loosely: never set it tight and never pull on it.

Below the navel, close over hips and bottom. It ends at the upper thigh. Pull both lacings evenly so the skirt sits the same on both sides.
