How do you train with them?

Insert them, hold them and go about your day - ten to fifteen minutes a day is enough. As soon as that works effortlessly the next weight goes in. Longer is not better: a tired muscle does not get stronger, only more tired. The holding happens alongside everything else: while cooking, while shopping, sitting down - the training needs no time of its own.

Why four weights instead of one?
