The data sheet said „blue“ - why petrol now?

Because the tone clearly leans towards green. LELO calls it „Ocean Blue“; in this shop a dark blue-green is called petrol, and under that word the filter finds it too.

Why are they no longer listed as a vibrator?

Because they are not one. A vibrator is guided, love balls stay in place and work from inside - with weight, rotation and vibration. They now stand under love balls, and the black sister has been moved along with them.

Can they be worn all day?

One to two hours is usual, more need not be. The pelvic floor works along, and as with any muscle constant strain is no better than a measured amount. Take them out if there is pulling or a feeling of pressure.
