Why is a glycerin-free gel interesting?

Glycerin is a sugar alcohol and is suspected of being unfavourable where there is a tendency towards thrush. That is not conclusively proven, but anyone who knows the connection in their own case has one worry fewer with a glycerin-free gel - and loses nothing by it.

Is it compatible with condoms and toys?

What does „can be applied as care“ mean?
