Raspberry in fragrance and taste, the fourth flavour of the AQUAglide range alongside strawberry, cherry and Exotic. The tube carries the variety name with a raspberry in the picture - which matters, because the strawberry tube of the same range also has „raspberry“ printed on it by mistake. The two are separate articles with separate article numbers; anyone wanting raspberry is in the right place here. As a lubricant it is the familiar formula: water-soluble and greaseless, pH-optimized, condom-compatible, dermatologically and clinically tested, made in Germany. A flavour is what you take for oral sex, where the taste of a neutral gel is in the way. A food it is not - the tube says „fragrance and taste“, not food quality. One hundred millilitres in the standard tube with a flip cap. It stands with flavoured lubricant, under water-based lubricant, in the drugstore section and with the sex toys for couples.

Is it edible?

The tube says „fragrance and taste“, not food quality. So it is meant to be tasted and is unproblematic during oral sex, but it is not a food - you should not drink it.

Is this the same as the strawberry variety?

No, two separate articles. On the strawberry tube the English variety line is wrong; the picture and the German line say strawberry there. Here raspberry is meant.

Is it sticky because it is sweet?

It remains a water gel and washes off with water. Flavoured gels feel a little stickier as they dry in than neutral ones; a few drops of water dissolve that.

Does it get on with toys and condoms?

With both. That is the advantage of a water base: silicone oil attacks silicone toys, oil makes condoms unsafe - a water gel has neither problem.

Do you have to top it up?

On longer sessions yes, that comes with a water base. The gel dries in over time; a few drops of water bring it back, and topping up works as well.
