Description
Lubricant JoyDivision AQUAglide Strawberry Water Based 100 ml 🍓
The flavoured version of the AQUAglide range, here with strawberry in fragrance and taste. Below the large German „Erdbeer“, however, the manufacturer has printed „raspberry“ - a misprint on the tube; the picture shows a strawberry, and the raspberry variety is a separate article with its own number. Otherwise it is the familiar medical lubricant: water-soluble and greaseless, pH-optimized, condom-compatible, dermatologically and clinically tested, made in Germany. The flavour is the actual purpose: it makes oral sex more pleasant, because the taste of a neutral gel gets in the way there. It is not meant for drinking - the tube says „fragrance and taste“, not food quality. The hundred millilitres come in the range's standard tube with a flip cap you can open one-handed. It stands with flavoured lubricant, under water-based lubricant, in the drugstore section and with the condoms.

❓ FAQ
Is it edible?
The tube says „fragrance and taste“, not food quality. So it is meant to be tasted and is unproblematic during oral sex, but it is not a food - you should not drink it.
Why does the strawberry tube say „raspberry“?
Because the manufacturer set the English variety line wrongly. What counts is the German line and the picture: strawberry. The raspberry variety exists here too, as its own article.
Is it sticky because it is sweet?
It remains a water gel and washes off with water. Flavoured gels feel a little stickier as they dry in than neutral ones; a few drops of water dissolve that.
Does it get on with toys and condoms?
With both. That is the advantage of a water base: silicone oil attacks silicone toys, oil makes condoms unsafe - a water gel has neither problem.
Do you have to top it up?
On longer sessions yes, that comes with a water base. The gel dries in over time; a few drops of water bring it back, and topping up works as well.
Water, silicone or oil - what is the difference?
Water gets on with everything and dries in, silicone lasts a long time and attacks silicone toys, oil makes condoms unsafe. Which base suits when is explained in detail in the lubricant guide.
