Is the flavour meant for eating?

It makes contact with the mouth more pleasant, no more than that. Despite the name the gel is not a drink or a food.

Does it work with condoms and toys?

Yes. Water-based lubricant gets on with latex condoms and all toy materials, including silicone, which can turn dull and tacky under a silicone gel.

Why does it get tacky as it dries?
