What applies to breathing?

Mouth and nose must be able to breathe freely. The mouth opening must therefore always sit clear in front of the mouth and must neither slip nor be covered. Never leave the wearer alone with the mask, never let them sleep in it, and never combine it with a gag. With shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea or panic it comes off at once.

How does it sit correctly?

Pull it over the head from behind and line up the openings until eyes and mouth are completely clear. The fabric must not slip into the eyes or rub against the eyelashes. Glasses and earrings come off first.

How do you communicate?

Speaking and eye contact remain possible, which makes communication easy, while the face stays unrecognised for role play. Still agree on a stop signal without words beforehand in case talking becomes hard, and keep the wearing time short.

What do you do with long hair?
