How is the candle used?

Melt first, then massage. Let it burn until a layer of liquid wax has formed on top. You pour this wax through the spout into your hand or onto the skin and rub it in like a massage oil.

What do you need to watch out for?

The open flame and sensitive areas. Never leave the burning candle unattended and blow it out before you apply the wax. Check the temperature first with a few drops on the inside of your hand. You leave out mucous membranes and the face, and you do not pour from a great height.

Does it go together with condoms?

No. Once melted the wax is oily, and oil attacks latex and makes condoms unsafe. Where a condom is involved, you take a gel from water-based lubricant; the lubricant guide explains why.

Does the oil stain?

On textiles it can. Oil is hard to get out with water alone, so a towel underneath is worth it.

Is the variety called Fruit or Berry?

Both occur. Older tins without the Ignite name carry Island Passion Fruit, the Ignite design is called Island Passion Berry.

How do you store it?

Cooled down and with the lid on. That keeps dust out of the wax. After use, put the tin on a firm, heat-resistant surface and let it cool down completely there.
