How do you use the candle?

Light it, let it melt, put it out. Let it burn until a layer of liquid wax has formed on top, then blow it out. Wait a moment until the wax has cooled a little, and test the temperature with a few drops on the inside of your wrist. Only then pour a small amount over the rim into your hand or straight onto the skin and massage it in.

What applies while it is burning?

Never leave the flame unattended. Place the glass on a firm, heat-resistant surface, away from curtains, bedding, paper and anything else that could catch fire. A draughty spot is a poor choice too, because the flame flickers and soots there.

Where must the oil not go?

Not on the face, not on mucous membranes and not on broken skin. That is why it is no good as a lubricant. Because the melted wax is an oil, it attacks latex, so do not use the candle with latex condoms. For intercourse, use a gel from water-based lubricant instead. If the skin turns red or burns, wash the oil off.

How do you store the candle?

With its lid on, cool and out of reach of children. After use the remaining wax in the glass sets again and is ready for the next lighting. The lid keeps dust out while the candle is not burning.

How do you get oil residue off?
