Almond Hammam by Control is a water-based massage gel with an almond scent, made for massaging the whole body and for intimate moments for two. The cap is shaped as a massaging top with nubs. The pale yellow bottle shows almonds and pink almond blossom above the dark blue Almond Hammam lettering, with “intimacy & moisturizing massage gel” below it. Put a towel underneath for the massage. Gel from a cold cupboard makes anyone flinch; warm it briefly in your hands first. Keep it away from the eyes and from injured skin or mucous membranes, and stop using it if irritation occurs. After use, wipe the massaging top with a damp cloth, without soap or solvents and not under running water, and put the cap back on afterwards. Once opened it keeps for six months. It sits under massage products, under lubricant and in our drugstore section.

What is in the gel?

The base is water and glycerin, thickened with hydroxyethylcellulose and carbomer. On top come flavouring, the sweetener sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and disodium EDTA as preservatives, and sodium hydroxide for the pH.

Does it get on with toys?

Yes. As a water-based gel it does not attack silicone toys. Water-based lubricants are under water-based lubricant.

How much do you use?

A good spoonful for the back, considerably less for everything else. Adding more is always possible, taking it away is not.

How do you dispose of the empty bottle?

The plastic parts carry their recycling codes PET 1, PETG 7 and PP 5. Once empty, they go into the recycling collection.

How do you get it off again?

With warm water, from the skin as well as from a towel or sheet, because the gel is water-soluble.

Does it work with condoms?

Yes. If it comes into contact with a condom, it does not attack the latex. Oil- and fat-based products, on the other hand, degrade latex.
