The base is water, dimethicone and glycerin. Added to that are sunflower oil, paprika extract (Capsicum frutescens), field mint oil and D-limonene. Phenoxyethanol serves as a preservative, sodium polyacrylate and hydroxyethylcellulose turn the formula into a gel, and hexanediol and propylene glycol complete it.

How does it feel on the skin?
