How do you open the sachet?

Hold it upright and tear it across at the notch. That way nothing runs out, and you can pour the oil straight into your palm.

How do you use it for a massage?

Warm the oil briefly between your hands and then spread it with calm, broad movements over back, shoulders, arms or legs. Start with part of the contents and add the rest when your hands stop gliding.

Does it work with condoms?

Not with latex condoms. Oil can attack latex, and a condom can tear as a result; if things go further after the massage, wash the oil off hands and skin first. It is not meant as a lubricant; you will find gels for that under water-based lubricant.
